Instructions

  1. Boil coconut milk

    • Boil the coconut milk. 
    • Wait until it’s slightly simmering and add torn pandan leaf. Set it aside.


  2. Separate purple and yellow potatoes

    • Separate the purple and the yellow potatoes. 
    • Add tapioca starch in each bowl of potatoes, and make a dough by mixing it together.


  3. Form small dough balls

    • Make small balls from the dough. 
    • Put the yellow balls into a tray full of tapioca scratch and coat them evenly.


  4. Boil potato balls

    • Put the yellows balls into boiled water and wait until they float up. 
    • Drain it. Repeat the steps for the purple balls.


  5. Spoon dessert into serving glass

    • Put the potato balls into the glass. 
    • Add sago and jackfruits then garnish it with pandan leaves.
    • Pour the pandan syrup.


Plate and Serve!

Serve it with warm coconut milk.
