The main highlight? Tomahawk steaks that have been grilled so well that the meat melts as soon as it enters your mouth! Simply order at the grilling station and sit back while you wait for the done meats to be sent over to your dining table. A note to the wise -the queue for the grilled meats gets long so make sure you order as soon as you settle down!
Saltwater provides various sauces to accompany the grilled meats and seafood, ranging from Mexican Salsa, Lebanese Tahini Sauce, Thai Sweet Chilli, Brown Sauce, Puerto Rican Mojito Apricot BBQ, Mint Sauce andGarlic Aioli. For all you beef lovers, we highly recommend the Brown Sauce or the Puerto RicanApricot BBQas the sweetness of the two sauces balances well with the savouriness of the beef. More of a seafood person? Go with the Thai Sweet Chilli sauce - it never disappoints.
