Instant Noodle Lasagna

If fusion is your thing, then this recipe which has Italian and Asian flavors in one dish, is the perfect recipe, especially on those lazy weeknights. The combination of pureed tomato with instant noodles is surprisingly good. Top if off with a generous amount of cheese and you have a winner for kids and adults alike.

Directions

  1. Making Instant Noodle Lasagna

    • Place a single layer of uncooked instant noodles at the bottom of a 7 x 4 inch baking dish, as the first layer. 

    • Then add the second layer, tomato-based pasta sauce. Followed by the third layer, mozzarella cheese. Repeat once more.

    • Then add the broken noodle pieces and sprinkle a last layer of mozzarella cheese.

     

    Add a little water into the spaghetti sauce if it’s too thick. 

    Make sure that the final layer of mozzarella cheese fully covers the top of the dish.

  2. Bake

    • Preheat the oven to 200°C. 

    • Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese has melted and browned, then remove from oven.  



Serve

  • Cut up into squares, place on a  plate and serve.
