2 packets instant noodles
700 g tomato-based pasta sauce
250 g mozzarella cheese
Place a single layer of uncooked instant noodles at the bottom of a 7 x 4 inch baking dish, as the first layer.
Then add the second layer, tomato-based pasta sauce. Followed by the third layer, mozzarella cheese. Repeat once more.
Then add the broken noodle pieces and sprinkle a last layer of mozzarella cheese.
Add a little water into the spaghetti sauce if it’s too thick.
Make sure that the final layer of mozzarella cheese fully covers the top of the dish.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese has melted and browned, then remove from oven.
