  • 2 tbsp butter

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of black pepper

  • ½ cup ready-made sambal

  • 2 tbsp fried shallot (garnish)

  • 1 sprig spring onion (sliced thinly)

Baked Potato with Sambal

Instructions

  1. Bake potatoes

    • Pre-heat oven to 200°C
    • Place potatoes onto a lined baking tray
    • Sprinkle salt and pepper onto potatoes
    • Bake till potatoes are tender about 40 –45 mins or according to package instructions


  2. Add butter and sambal

    • Remove potatoes from oven. Add 1 tbsp butter to each potato.
    • Add desired amount of sambal onto potatoes.


Garnish and Serve!

Before serving, garnish with fried shallot and spring onions
