2 avocados (sliced)
12 pcs watercress (rocket)
2 stalks chives (sliced thinly)
1 tsp black pepper
4 slices sourdough bread (or any preferred bread)
4 tbsp butter
pinch of salt
Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
