Cheesy Chilli Microwave Omelette

Say cheese and your omelette is done! This super-speedy omelette is packed with yummy ingredients, and it’s the perfect little trick for an emergency hunger pang. Be careful not to overcook it as omelettes are best had when it is a tad moist. Sprinkle your favourite cheese or cheese for a melted stick top and dig in. If it's too spicy for you, you can omit the chilli, replace it with paprika or remove the chilli seeds to retain the red color.

Instructions

  1. Heat omelette and cheese in microwave

    • Stir all the ingredients together in a heatproof mug.
    • Microwave for 1 minute on high.
    • Stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds. 
    • If the omelette is still runny, microwave for another 15-30 seconds, until it’s set.
