250 g chicken (minced)
1 egg
½ onion (diced)
1 small bunch of spring onions
2 tbsp tapioca starch
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
a few salad leaves
1 sweet potato (steamed)
few cherry tomatoes
few slices cucumber
few slices carrot
some purple cabbage
The chicken patty might be out of shape as it is transferred from aluminium foil/baking paper into frying pan, use a spatula to touch up the shape of the chicken patty if needed.
