cottage pie filling:
500 g minced beef
4 japanese sweet potatoes
3 carrots
5-6 large mushrooms
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 branch of curry leaves
1 tbsp turmeric
2 tbsp tomato paste
sweet potato mash:
milk
butter
salt and pepper
olive oil
| Beef and chicken mince are not interchangeable. Please replace with lamb mince if you don’t eat beef. For a vegetarian option, I suggest replacing meat with lentils, chickpeas and cubed tempeh, simmered before placing into oven.
