200 g of minced lamb
1 canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1/2 cup of cooked quinoa
2 cup of baby spinach leaves
1 tsp of dried chilli flakes
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp dried rosemary
olive oil
juice of half a lemon
salt and pepper
Serve the salad on a plate topped with the juicy grilled lamb patties.
