5 boneless chicken leg (cut into thick strips) - pork, beef or lamb can be used instead of chicken.
5 cloves garlic (peeled)
2 coriander roots
1 tsp white peppercorn
1 tsp coriander seeds
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1½ tbsp stevia or Equal (melted in a little hot water)
250 ml coconut milk for brushing
1 tbsp corn flour
10 wooden skewers (soaked in water)
Serve with rice and chili sauce.
