150 g flat rice noodles

100 g beef
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
40 g carrot (diced)
30 g oyster mushroom
30 g baby corn
20 g onion (diced)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp seasoning sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
300 ml + 2 tbsp water
1 tbsp potato starch
for serving:
spring onion (sliced)
lettuce
bean sprout
Slice beef thinly to make it cook evenly and palatable.
Substitute beef with chicken, pork, or seafood.
