1.2kg chicken (or about 1 chicken), cut into smaller pieces
500g potato, peeled and cut into wedges
100g salted bean paste (Tauciu)
30g gula melaka (palm sugar)
1 tsp dark soy sauce
100ml vegetable oil
After about 20 min, add the dark soy sauce to the wok, mix well and simmer for another 3 – 4 min. The dish is now ready to serve.
