    500 g minced meat

    500 g grape leaves

Stuffed Grape Leaves and Zucchini

A common sight on Arab and Mediterranean dinner tables, these little bundles of grape leaves and zucchini are stuffed with minced meat and rice that have been spiced perfectly. This results in turning each bundle into concentrated flavor bombs that are sure to delight the whole family. Serve this dish the traditional way with a side of yogurt as a dipping sauce, and be sure to make more as you'll be surprised at how fast these go! Instructions

  1. Stuff zucchini with meat

    • Empty every zucchini and stuff it with the meat mixture
    • .Put a small quantity of stuffing on every grape leave and roll it.

  2. Add lamb ribs

    • Align the stuffed grape leaves belowthe lamb ribs.
    • Place the remaining lamb ribs on top of the grape leaves.
    • Pour the water into a bowl, add the sweet pepper and mix.

  3. Add in water

    • Pour the water mixture overthe zucchini, grape leaves and lamb ribs.
    • Cover the saucepan and cook for 60-90 minutes over low heat.
    • Put the grape leaves, zucchini and lamb ribs in a serving dish.
    Add in water


Plate and Serve!

Serve the yogurt aside.
