4 chicken breasts
2 cups green freekeh (washed and soaked for 15 minutes)
1 medium onion (chopped)
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp cinnamon powder for freekeh
¼ tsp cardamom powder for freekeh
½ tsp black pepper for freekeh
salt to taste
3 ½ chicken stock
1 cup fried almonds
parsley for garnish
Dish the freekeh onto serving plate, slice the chicken and place on top, the garnish with fried almonds and parsley.
