Lip-Smacking Crunchy Tahu Kriuk Kriuk

Whether it’s a side dish to dinner or a quick snack, Tahu Kriuk Kriuk or Tofu Puffs packs a punch and a crunch! Invert these tofu puffs and pat them dry with a kitchen towel to ensure that they are super crispy when air-fried. We love dipping them in sambal or sweet and sour chilli sauce –enjoy them while they are hot!

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer

    • Pre heat fryer to 170°C


  2. Make batter

    • Mix flour and baking powder together and whisk in the water to make a batter.


  3. Air fry tofu puffs

    • Make a slit at the top of the tofu puffsand invert them.
    • Dip inverted tofu puffs into batter and arrange in the basket of the air-fryer
      Cook for 12mins per batch until crispy and crunchy.

Serve on its own or with chilisauce of your choice.
