red bean porridge:
100 g dried adzuki beans
500 ml + 1L + 150 ml water
1 tbsp glutinous rice powder
2 tbsp brown sugar
rice cakes:
100 g glutinous rice flour
2 tsp fine sugar
1 pinch fine salt
80 ml warm water
garnishing:
1 tbsp walnuts
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
Serve the danpatjuk warm, garnished with rice cakes, walnuts and cinnamon powder. Additional brown sugar may be served on the side.
