    2 clove garlic, minced

    ½ tsp ground black pepper

    1 tbsp lemon juice

    1 tsp oil         

    2 tsp Korean red pepper powder

Cooking in the air fryer is easy, which leaves a little time for creativity. Air Fryer Korean Red Pepper Salmon takes the best of a good produce and combines it with the irresistible Korean red pepper. Then slathering mayonnaise along with lemon with it, turns this into the most delectable marinade. Directions

  1. Making the paste

    • In a bowl mix minced garlic, ½ tsp ground black pepper, lemon juice, oil, Korean red pepper powder, salt and mayonnaise. Set aside.



  2. Marinating the salmon

    • Pat dry salmon and coat with paste.

    • Sprinkle ¼ tsp ground black pepper on top of the salmon for it to cook into a crust.  

    • Line the air fryer tray with parchment paper. Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes. 

    • Place fillet in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 200°C.

    Marinating the salmon


Serve

  • Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
