2 salmon fillet, 1½ inch thickness each
2 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp oil
2 tsp Korean red pepper powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp mayonnaise
In a bowl mix minced garlic, ½ tsp ground black pepper, lemon juice, oil, Korean red pepper powder, salt and mayonnaise. Set aside.
Pat dry salmon and coat with paste.
Sprinkle ¼ tsp ground black pepper on top of the salmon for it to cook into a crust.
Line the air fryer tray with parchment paper. Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
Place fillet in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 200°C.
