100 g prawns (prawns can be substituted with other seafood such as crab meat, squid, anchovies, etc or sources of protein such as beef, mutton, or chicken. Recipe can also be changed to a pure vegetarian dish by replacing seafood or meat withother veggies such as peas, corn kernels, french beans, etc.)
5 pieces button mushroom (diced)

10 x 2.5cm tubes japanese cucumber
3 garlic cloves (minced)
5 shallot cloves (sliced)
3 tbsp lidquid aminos
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp mixed herbs
3 tbsp cooking oil
accompaniments and garnish:
salmon sashimi
wasabi
Best to serve the cauliflower fried rice when hot.
