Mix the ingredients in (B) together in a pan. Stir it well and bring it to a boil. Set aside.
Shrimp Cleaning & Frying
Slice the middle of the shrimp's back to remove the dirt. Don’t remove the skin & its head.
Skew the shrimp onto the skewer from end to end.
Preheat enough cooking oil and fry it until its colour changes at about half cooked and remove.
Grilling
Prepare the griller, cook the shrimp that has been prepared. Before you grill itt brush some sauce onto the shrimp. Continue to brush it with sauce during the grill process until it covers the shrimp nicely, well absorbed and cooked.
