4 eggs
½ tbsp tapioca flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp white pepper
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp chicken powder
¼ tsp salt
150 ml water
80 g vermicelli noodles
1 L oil
sauce ingredients:
2 large red chillies
2 clove garlic
1 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce
3 tbsp chicken powder
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp maizena/corn starch
100 ml water
Once everything is completed, take an adequate amount of sauce and place it in a small bowl. The cooked and fried rolled egg on stick, will be placed on a plate ready to be served along with the sauce.
