10 pcs tofu puff
2 packs fried indomie
20g leeks, thinly sliced
30g carrots, cut into ½ cm cubes
1L cooking oil
Boil indomie with carrots until cooked. Then remove and drain.
Put the indomie and carrots in a bowl.
Then add the eggs, leeks, and all the fried indomie spices and mix well.
Cut 1 side of the tofu puff and then slowly turn the tofu inside out, be careful that it doesn't tear.
Fill the inverted tofu puff with indomie mix.
Heat the cooking oil over medium heat then fry the tofu walik until golden brown. Remove, drain the excess oil, and set aside.
