500 g white tofu
80 g wheat flour
20 g cornstarch
10 g garlic, finely chopped
4 g salt
8 g chicken stock powder
20 g leek, thinly sliced
1 L cooking oil
In a bowl, mash the tofu by hand.
Add ingredients: wheat flour, maizena flour, garlic, salt, chicken stock powder and leek, then stir until well mixed.
Heat the oil using medium heat then take 30 g of dough and place it in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Repeat.
Prepare a serving plate then arrange the Tahu Kriwil on a plate and serve.
