6 pcs Beef Sausage, 3cm lengths
327 g Mozzarella Cheese, 3cm lengths
100 g Potatoes
100 g Wheat Flour
50 g Cornstarch
4 g White Pepper Powder
4 g Salt
125 ml Fresh Milk
30 g Chili Sauce
30 g Tomato Sauce
30 g Mayonnaise
600 ml Cooking Oil
Cut the sausages and mozzarella cheese into 3cm lengths and similar in size.
Take a skewer and thread the sausages first then the cheese at the top. Repeat for all.
Peel and cut the potatoes into ½ cm cubes.
In a medium bowl, add flour, cornstarch, eggs, ground pepper, salt, milk and whisk well.
Take a skewer and dip it into the batter. Make sure it’s well coated.
Roll the battered skewer into a plate with potato cubes. Press the potatoes into the batter to stick well.
In a frying pan, with some oil over medium heat, fry the sausages skewers until golden brown. Strain off excess oil. Repeat for all.
Best served when warm. Drizzle with either chili sauce, tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
