Instructions

  1. Crispy Cassava Making

    • Peel the cassava, then cut it into 5 cm pieces.
    • Prepare the ice water and then add the garlic, salt, baking powder and chicken powder.
    • Fry the cassava until it is golden brown.
    • Then put it in the ice soaking water while it's hot for 30 minutes.
    • After soaking for 30 minutes, fry again until cooked
