Se’i Ayam Ingredients (A):
300 gr chicken thigh fillets
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Sambal Dabu – Dabu (B):
2 pcs Red Tomatoes, diced
30 g Red Cayenne, thinly sliced
5 cloves Shallots, thinly sliced
5-7 Lime Leaves, thinly sliced
50 ml Cooking Oil
Sambal Seasoning (C):
1 tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt
1 ½ tsp Chicken Powder
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Lime Rice Ingredients (D):
300 g Rice
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
5-7 Lime Leaves, thinly sliced
2 tbsp Butter / Oil
In a serving plate, plate some rice and smoked chicken. Add a fried egg or omelette on the side. Drizzle the remaining sambal dabu-dabu over the smoked chicken.
