Pangsit Goreng

{{totalReview}}
Pangsit Goreng is Indonesia’s answer to crispy fried dumplings. Sometimes referred to as wontons, they are basically made of minced meat wrapped in flour sheets. It is first boiled before being fried in lots of cooking oil until they have the same crisp consistency as crackers. Serve them on their own, as a snack with spicy dipping sauce, or with noodles and soup for a comforting meal.
