300 g Beef, sliced
Crackers / Emping
70 g Keluak/kluwak
Spices (B):
2 stick Lemongrass, smashed & tied in knot
5 Lime Leaves
2 thumb size Galangal, smashed
Seasoning (C):
5 cloves Shallots
3 cloves Garlic
3 pcs Candlenut
1 tsp Cumin
1 thumb size Ginger
1 thumb size Turmeric
1 tsp White Pepper
1 ½ tsp Coriander Powder
2 Large Red Chilies
Fried Rice (D):
3 tsp Chicken Powder
½ tsp White Peppers
1 tsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt
Condiments (E):
5 cloves Shallot, thinly sliced
1 stick Leek, thinly sliced
30 g Bean Sprouts
Salted Egg (optional)
To serve, plate the rice and add crackers, salted egg, bean sprouts and fried shallots as a garnish.
