    30 g Onions, thinly sliced

    30 g Green Mustard, thinly sliced

    50 g White Cabbage, thinly sliced

    2 Eggs

    9 g Tomato Sauce

    19 g Chili Sauce

    4 g Fish Sauce

    30 g Sweet Soy Sauce

    9 g Oyster Sauce

    4 g White Pepper Powder

    2 g Salt

    10 g Chicken Powder

    2 g MSG (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fry spice paste

    • In a blender, add shallots, garlic, candlenut, ginger, big red chili, red chili peppers and shrimp paste.
    • In a frying pan with some oil, sauté the spices until cooked and fragrant with oils separated.

  2. Fried Rice Making

    • In a heated frying pan with 30ml oil, beat in the egg and mix it up.
    • Add onions, sausage, meat balls, cabbage and green mustard. Stir until well blended.
    • Add white rice, tomato sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, white pepper, salt, chicken powder, MSG.
    • Stir well.
    • Once cooked, add in the leeks.
