| When Mie Jawa is cooked, it should be directly eaten or served because if not, noodles will expand and not good to be eaten.
| Other than yellow noodles, you can change with kway teow.
In a serving bowl with some noodles, pour in the soup broth and sprinkle with some fried onions and crackers at the side. Serve.
