500 g flour
600 ml water
2 eggs
120 g yeast
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
20 g melted butter
20 g milk powder
topping:
sweet condensed milk
sugar
chocolate sprinkle
shredded cheddar cheese
ground peanuts (optional)

Place in cutting board, brush the martabak with butter, sprinkle toppings, cut and serve. Enjoy when it’s hot.
