250 g beef gravel
30 g garlic
20 g green cayenne pepper
15 g curly red chili, cut oblique to ½ cm thickness
60 g shallots, halved
80 g fresh basil
20 g long beans
30 ml cooking oil
Seasoning:
30 g oyster sauce
5 g dark soy sauce
10 g fish sauce
30 g sugar
10 g sweet soy sauce
5 g beef stock powder
50 ml water
Complementary:
1 fried egg
300 ml white rice
In a pressure cooker, cook the gravel for 20 minutes then cut into 2 cm cubes.
Roughly chop the garlic and green cayenne pepper and sauté over medium heat until golden brown.
Then add the chopped gravel and stir-fry with ground spices.
Add seasoning and stir until mixed in. Cook until the spices are absorbed by the gravel.
Add the long beans and shallots, then cook until the shallots and long beans are wilted.
Add the basil leaves, stir until well blended and set aside.
Prepare a serving bowl, add rice, fried eggs and the gravel. Serve.
