1 Sweet Corn
3 Spring Onion
½ of an Onion
1 tbsp corn starch/Maizena
50 g Ginger
5 Lime Leaves
500 ml Water
Spice mix
5 cloves shallots
6 cloves garlic
10 Large red chilies
3 red bird eye chilies
20 gr ginger
1 tsp salt
Sauce
4 tbsp chili sauce
3 tbsp Tomato sauce
4 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp Lime/lemon juice
2 tbsp sesame oil
20 gr Chicken Powder
20 gr sugar
20 ml cooking oil
200 ml water
Prepare a serving plate and arrange the crabs on a serving plate with garnish to beautify the dish and then serve.
