    30 gr Butter

    15 gr wheat flour

    150 ml Ultra Milk (white)

Instructions

  1. Cheese Sauce Making

    • Prepare a sauce pan, then add butter and heat it over low heat.
    • After the butter melts, add the flour and stir until the flour is no longer lumpy.
    • Then, pour the milk and cook until the sauce thickens.
    • Add the mozzarella cheese, stir again until the cheese melts then remove from heat and set aside.

  2. Jasuke making

    • Boil the corn until cooked, then lift and strain, put it into a bowl.
    • In the same bowl, add the cheese sauce and condensed milk, stir until well mixed. Set aside.

Plate and Serve!

Prepare a serving bowl, then add the corn, then top with the grated cheddar cheese on top of the corn and then serve.
