2 indomie pack
1 egg (optional /sunny side up)
3 red chilies
5 g fried shallots
5 g cloves of garlic
5 g onion (sliced)
5 g red cayenne pepper
25 g tomato
25 g cucumber
sweet soya sauce
10 g chili sauce
Prepare non-stick pan, add a little cooking oil, sautée onion, shallots, red chili, garlic and sautée until they are half cooked.
Ready to serve with egg and garlic cucumber.
