Es Markisa Mangga is an iced cold drink that combines two basic ingredients of mango and passion fruit. Commonly found in Indonesia, this refreshingly sweet concoction also makes use of passion fruit syrup and sparkling soda water to create a fizzy delight that is guaranteed to cool you down during a hot afternoon.

Instructions

  1. Cut mangoes and passionfruit

    • Dice the mangoes into 1 cm cubes and set aside.

    • Cut the passionfruit into 2 and scoop all the pulp and seeds out into a bowl. Set aside.

Plate and Serve!

In a glass, add ice cubes, passionfruit syrup, mango chunks, passionfruit pulp and top with soda water. Serve.
