300 ml Coconut Milk
50 g Mung Beans
50 gr Kolang Kaling
50 gr Grass Jelly
100 ml Coco Pandan syrup
2 pcs White bread
150 ml Ice cubes
500 ml Water
2 tbsp Sugar
1 stick Cinnamon
3 drops Red Food Coloring
Cut the grass jelly into 1 cm cubes.
In a pan, add water, kolang kaling, sugar, cinnamon stick and red food coloring. Cook over low heat until the water is absorbed into the leaves and reduced. Set aside to cool.
In a pan, add water and green beans. Cook until the green beans are soft and tender. Set aside.
Cut the bread into 1 cm cubes. Set aside.
In a bowl, add bread, grass jelly, green beans, kolang kaling and coconut milk. Add cocopandan syrup according to taste. Serve.
