In a blender, add durian and 100ml of water. Blend well.
In a saucepan, add blended durian, coconut milk, mung bean flour, sugar and water. Stir well and bring it to a boil. Remove and cool to room temperature.
Plate and Serve!
Fill the durian paste into a popsicle mould and freeze overnight. Serve.
