500 gr Beef (Tenderloin or on your preference)

Sambal Ingredients :
10 pc Large green chilli
100 gr Curly Green Chilli
10 gr Green cayenne
5 pcs green tomato
5 lime leaves
Seasoning :
20 gr sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp powder broth
Prepare the serving plate, arrange the beef on the plate and pour it with the sambal. Ready to serve
