Bubur Sumsum (Indonesian Rice Pudding)

{{totalReview}}
Bubur Sumsum is a traditional Indonesian comfort food typically found during Ramadan. This porridge-like rice pudding is a dessert that is named after bone marrow, due to its milky white color. With a slight hint of saltiness from the pudding, it is essential to add brown sugar in this recipe as it gives this treat that sweet, indulgent taste.
