200 grams all-purpose flour
100 grams cabbage
1 carrot
2 Spring Onion
2 stalks of Chinese celery
½ tsp chicken stock powder
½ teaspoon pepper
250 ml Cold Water
About 500 ml Cooking oil for deep frying
Wash the vegetables
Shred the cabbage and carrot.
Cut the spring onion and Chinese celery finely.
Make the dough by mixing the flour and cold water. Mix well to get the right thickness (medium thickness)
Add chicken stock and pepper powder
Mix vegetables into the dough
Mix them all together
