    1 carrot

    2 Spring Onion

    2 stalks of Chinese celery

    ½ tsp chicken stock powder

    ½ teaspoon pepper

    250 ml Cold Water

    About 500 ml Cooking oil for deep frying

Directions

  1. Prepare the vegetables

    • Wash the vegetables

    • Shred the cabbage and carrot. 

    • Cut the spring onion and Chinese celery finely.



  2. Make the mixture

    • Make the dough by mixing the flour and cold water. Mix well to get the right thickness (medium thickness)

    • Add chicken stock and pepper powder

    • Mix vegetables into the dough

    • Mix them all together



  3. Fry

     
    • Heat the cooking oil, then take a spoonful of the dough, and fry it until it is golden brown. Flip over and cook until that side is golden brown also
    • Remove and drain excess oil on kitchen towels
    Fry


Plate & Serve!

  • Serve with fresh green chilies or chili sauce.
