Ayam Pentul:
250 g chicken breast
2 eggs
17 g wheat flour
20 g garlic, ground into a paste
3 g salt
5 g sugar
7 g chicken stock powder
3 g white pepper powder
10 g oyster sauce
Coating:
2 eggs
150 g breadcrumbs
600 ml cooking oil
10 pcs ice cream sticks
In a food processor, add all the ayam pentul ingredients and process until they are completely blended and smooth, then transfer into a bowl, and set aside.
Prepare a medium sized bowl, crack the eggs and beat well.
Take about 30 g of the processed chicken meat and wrap it around one end of the ice cream stick.
Then dip the pentul chicken into the beaten egg and completely coat it with breadcrumbs. Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.
Fry the pentul chicken until golden brown then remove and set aside.
Prepare a serving plate and arrange the Ayam Pentul on the serving plate. Serve the pentul chicken with dips of choice, such as mayonnaise, tomato sauce or chilli sauce.
