Tumis Tahu Saus Tiram though first inspired by Chinese cuisine has now established itself firmly into Indonesia’s mainstream culinary scene. The fried tofu when paired with leek, shallots, chilli and oyster sauce evokes a beautiful marriage of sour, sweet and spicy flavors. A versatile dish that can be consumed whenever you crave.
