300 g medium size shrimp
1/4 pineapple, cut into bite size
30 g onion, thinly sliced
20 g leek, sliced 1 cm thick
50 g big red chili, sliced 1 cm thick
50 g large green chili, sliced 1 cm thick
15 g garlic, chopped
15 ml cooking oil
Sauce:
95 g chili sauce
38 g tomato sauce
7 g oyster sauce
2 g salt
8 g sugar
7 g chicken stock powder
30 ml water
Squid can be added to the shrimp as well.
