6 eggs, sunny side up
70 g big green chilies
30 g curly green chilies
10 g green cayenne pepper (optional)
30 g shallots
20 g garlic
4 lime leaves
2 g salt
8 g sugar
13 g chicken powder
300 ml cooking oil
15 g fried shallots
In a pan, add big green chilies, curly green chilies, green cayenne pepper, shallots and garlic. Sauté well until fragrant and wilted.
Remove all the chilies and shallots and grind the remainder.
Cook them again in some oil over medium heat and add lime leaves, salt, sugar and chicken powder. Combine well.
