6 chicken eggs (sunny side up eggs)
15 g friend shallots
30 ml cooking oil
15 g garlic, thinly sliced
12 g curly red chili, thinly sliced diagonally
50 g leeks, thinly sliced
100 ml water
7 g soy sauce
7 g fish sauce
19 g oyster sauce
76 g sweet soy sauce
3 g chicken powder
4 g ground white pepper
Over medium heat, heat up some oil.
Stir fry the shallots and garlic until fragrant and caramelised.
Add in chilies, leek and sauté well.
Add water, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, chicken powder, white pepper. Mix well.
