2 pcs whole wheat bread
200 g sugar
500 ml water
10 g cardamom powder
10 g cinnamon powder
2 tbsp oatmeal
Dice the bread into 1cm squares.
Put the bread, oatmeal, sugar, and water into a container. Stir to mix well and to dissolve the sugar.
Oatmeal can be replaced by other cereals.
Place the container in the refrigerator overnight or at least 8 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator, strain and discard the solids. Add the cinnamon powder and cardamom powder into the strained liquid and stir until well blended. Let stand for 30 minutes, and strain again.
Make sure it is strained well.
