Seblak Ceker

{{totalReview}}
Known for its fiery red color, Seblak is a light Indonesian meal made of crackers, or kerupuk, with a spicy and savory sauce. Rather than frying them, the raw crackers are cooked into the sauce, resulting in a unique, chewy texture. Choose any type of crackers you prefer and personalize it as much as you want with the toppings. In this Seblak Ceker recipe, the kerupuk is accompanied by a gelatinous chicken claw, also known as ceker. You can also add meatballs and sausages so you can enjoy it as a hearty evening snack.
