300 g chicken feet, boiled for 20 mins
2 pcs beef sausage
5 pcs beef meatballs
100 g tapioca crackers, boiled until soft
1 egg, beaten
50 g mustard greens, cut into 4 pcs
For the spice paste:
15 g garlic
25 g shallots
50 g aromatic ginger
100 g big red chili
50 g red cayenne pepper
3 g shrimp paste
7 g salt
18 g sugar
25 g chicken powder
50 ml cooking oil
15 g fried onions
In a pan on medium heat, sauté the spice paste until fragrant, or until oil is released, stirring constantly.
To the pan, add water, salt, sugar and chicken powder.
Slice or dice the sausages and meatballs then add to the pan.
Add the chicken feet and boiled crackers, bring to a boil.
After the water has reached boiling temperature, add the mustard greens. Mix well to combine.
Add beaten egg while continuing to stir until the liquid thickens.
Remove from heat.
