Nasi Goreng Cumi Hitam

{{totalReview}}
With black burger buns and pizzas making waves in the Indonesian food scene, Nasi Goreng Cumi Hitam, a dish of black fried rice with squid, is another food trend that’s becoming more popular. Squid ink not only provides the color for the rice but also creates a mild savory flavor to this Indonesian delicacy. Served with tender juicy squid, this unique fried rice is deliciously seasoned with hints of ginger to offset the fishy smell of seafood. Surprise your loved ones with this one-of-a-kind dish that’s super easy to make for a quick lunch.
