20 mint leaves
100 g granulated sugar
1 lemon
200 ml of water
200 ml ice cubes
In a saucepan, add water, mint leaves and granulated sugar. Boil using medium heat, just until it comes to a boil, and the sugar dissolves, with the wafting aroma of mint.
Turn off the heat and cool to room temperature.
Add ice cubes into a glass and pour in the cooled liquid.
Add a dash of lemon juice.
Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.
Serve.
