Ingredients Kolak:
250 g orange yam
250 g purple sweet potato
2 pcs banana plantain
200 g sugar palm fruit, (known also as kolang kaling)
Kolak Sauce:
300 ml water
200 ml thick coconut milk
50 g sugar
70 g brown sugar
3 g salt
1 pandan leaf
Peel and cut purple sweet potato, orange yam, and banana according to bite size preference. Wash thoroughly and set aside.
In addition to the ingredients above, other ingredients such as salak seeds or pearl seeds can be added.
Kolak Pisang Ubi can be served either hot or cold.
